Travis Hightower is an exceptional real estate professional. I worked with him on the sale of my condo, and his professionalism, initiative, and attention to detail were outstanding from beginning to end. Travis took ownership of the entire process. He coordinated the contractors, got the property market-ready quickly, and produced a listing that stood well above the competition. The photography and presentation were first-class. He even took the initiative to meet with the HOA to better understand the property's finances, future plans, and implications for residents. The results spoke for themselves. Despite listing in December, we were under contract within a week and closed in less than a month. We also achieved an excellent price, particularly considering a condo one building over sold for approximately 11% less just a few months later. I was traveling internationally during much of the process, but Travis and his team made everything straightforward. Communication was consistently clear, responsiveness was excellent, and the closing team was equally professional and reasonable in its fees. Real estate is clearly more than a profession to Travis. He lives and breathes it, and that commitment shows in the quality of his work, the people he surrounds himself with, and the results he delivers. Beyond his professionalism, Travis is genuinely warm, personable, and a pleasure to work with. He has a way of making you feel at ease and that you're in good hands. I couldn't be happier with the experience and would recommend Travis without hesitation.
